Yes it does look run down , but the Chinese food is very good alot better then dragon palace, plus the breakfast isn't bad either, and they serve alcohol at 9 am,. Can't go wrong

When we walked in we were greeted with a very unfriendly server. I felt inconvenient to have shown up for breakfast at this restaurant. The food was very bland and kind of gross. The chairs were very uncomfortable and the television was the main focus. Will not be returning.
